AWS Operational Support Engineer

An Operational Support Engineer is responsible for monitoring and bringing to resolution any operational issues reported by a company’s internal or external users regarding Amzazon Web Services. Responsible for day-to-day customer care and administration of cloud services. Provide advice and information to customers and colleagues regarding Amazon Web Services and general cloud infrastructure as service offerings and best practices. Participate in incident management and communications, including follow-up with problem resolution post-mortem, and process improvement

• Provide support to the clients in terms of AWS and its services.

• Work parallely with the client to troubleshoot the problems faced by them.

• Troubleshoot the networking problems.

• Support the client with the best suitable services of the Cloud service provider.

AWS SysOps Administrator

An AWS Cloud SysOps Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems on AWS. Additionally migration of on-premises applications to AWS and maintain analytics software and build dashboards for reporting..

AWS DevOps Engineer

DevOps is a software development strategy that allows bridging the gap between software developers and IT staff. DevOps engineer is the person who understands the software development lifecycle and fully uses various automation tools to develop digital pipelines (CI / CD pipelines). DevOps engineer is an information technology (IT) specialist working with software developers, system operators (SysOps), and other production IT staff to oversee code developers. It works with developers and IT staff to control code releases.

AWS Security Specialist

Must be able to compile information and prepare reports based on both manual and automated sources, and align to applicable security strategies and established processes. 

This role will work with Application Developers, Systems Engineers, and Executives to ensure mitigation of risks identified in cloud based solutions. Must assist in the evaluation, research and development of IT cloud security risk assessments, security tools and implementation plans. Further, the SCSS will assess information security risks of new projects and non-standard IT requests using risk assessment methodologies based on provided architecture. This will require practical use and understanding of advanced security protocols and standards, and solid knowledge of information security principles and practices as well as latest scalable technologies (hard and soft). 

 Introduce and apply security best practices to configure and control AWS S3, Glue Catalog, EMR Hive, Redshift Spectrum and StepFunction, and overall Data Aggregation and Service layer

* Partner with EIS and Pillar 2, to create IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code) for IAM roles / policies, and processes / procedures to satisfy other compliance requirements as specified in Secure-by-Design process and client s High-Risk Control Objectives

* Gather, document, and maintain objective evidences for High-Risk compliance, and support High-Risk Certification

* Conduct Knowledge sharing / transfer sessions, to assist client teams

* Partner with Pillar 2 to solution design, develop, test and implement Disaster Recovery Plan

Qualifications: * Skills and experiences in AWS security configuration and controls in Production environment:

* Expert level skills in AWS security architecture, capabilities and best practices (Required)

* Security administration experiences for S3, Glue Catalog, EMR, Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift Spectrum, and StepFunction (Required)

* Fluently utilizing AWS Boto3 and CloudFormation in developing IAM and Network Security configurations (Required)

* Experiences with techniques / solutions in protecting and secure PII data throughout application lifecycle and environments (Required)
