Route360 apprenticeship is a 6 to 9 month program designed to help individuals from underrepresented groups launch their tech career. The main barrier to launching a career in tech is acquiring the necessary experience.. The goal of the apprenticeship program is to innovate on creative ways to overcome this barrier leveraging prior professional and educational experiences and reapply the knowledge, skills, and abilities to a new career path..

Whether self-taught, formally trained, switching careers, or a recent grad from an under represented group in tech, the program provides paid opportunities to apply their skills , build their professional networks and transition to full-time positions.

The program is structured to fit a full-time or flexible part-time remote work model driven by available opportunities.

Shifting technological landscapes means with the right training program, employment opportunities professionals without years of experience can compete in the workplace.

Candidates are carefully matched with hiring companies for compatibility in technical skills, soft skills, workplace fit, and drive.

Continue learning and building your skillset during your paid apprenticeship with mentoring and support from the Route360 community..

Working with the trainees for pre & post class tutoring/study group sessions during the week as well as help with professional development skills.

Working with the companies that will onboard a trainee to ensure the trainees are adjusting well and help reinforce the tasks they are performing at work during the study sessions to maximize the learning experience.

We work closely with our employer partners to make sure we’re training people in skills they really need and to ensure that they know they can trust the tech talent from LaunchCode. It really works

Interview readiness and on-the-job skills are just as important as technical capabilities. Companies hiring tech talent need to know that you will be able to jump right in, mesh well with their team and work within their established processes. Our Liftoff series of workshops, group projects and individualized coaching follows our LC101 course to teach you crucial skills needed to land the job and succeed in your tech career.

Tell us your story and show us your tech skills through a brief online application (20-30 min) and coding puzzles (30-60 min).

CODING PUZZLE

Allow yourself at least 1 hour to complete your HackerRank test. Your test scores are a big portion of your application process.

TECH INTERVIEW

Tell us more about your learning journey, and show us a project that displays your tech skills. We then work with you on your evaluation.

CONNECT TO EMPLOYERS

Grow your programming skills, while our placement team starts connecting you to interviews for tech apprenticeships with employers.
