Program Eligibility

Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Must have at least a high school diploma, GED or equivalent

Must have a marketable technical skill - self-taught, formally trained, switching careers, or a recent grad.

Must be able to commit to a minimum of 30 hrs a week.

Program Application Process

Round 1: Application

The initial application takes 1-2 hours, and is comprised of a questionnaire covering basic demographics (e.g. name, address, date of birth, etc.), your previous experience, and reasons for applying for the apprenticeship program.

Round 2: Interview

Applicants who are selected will move on to a three-hour interview, consisting of a conversation to gauge your passion and commitment to the program, and to learn more about you. These will be conducted online via Zoom.

Round 3: Pre-Work

If you are selected to move forward to this round, the next step is to complete some pre-work that will be driven from your marketable technical skills as well as problem solving ability .
