The Route360 Salesforce Administrator training program aims to connect low-Income individuals with a full-time entry level Salesforce Administrator position. The program starts with an immersive training program then transitions to a paid on-the-job training with partner companies. The program takes a career pathway approach to education and workforce development, so each student is provided with continued training, other Salesforce certification preparation and support services that promote career development.

Get Hands-on Experience

Combining online and in-person training the program delivers a personalized experience to prepare trainees for success as a Salesforce Administrator. The curricula often take a top down approach to teaching with lots of labs, case studies, examples, FAQs, real-world problems, and solutions. Additionally, incorporates best practices and cookbooks from people working with Salesforce on a daily basis.

Group Activities

Cooperative learning whereby students work together to maximize their own and one another’s learning. Also encourages collaboration, teamwork and creates an environment that reflects the workspace whereby a Salesforce Administrator works within a team.

Lectures with Guest Speakers

Teach the fundamentals of the platform, the roles, and responsibilities of Salesforce Administrators, the art of troubleshooting problems, how to learn on their own and prepare for the certification exam. Injected are guest speakers to present real-world use cases and serve as mentors.

Trailhead Tuesday

Spend Tuesday running through applicable trailheads for additional hands-on experience and help trainees begin accumulating points & badges and encourage self-learning.

Salesforce Saturday

Participation in the Dallas Salesforce Saturday Meet-up to connect with local Salesforce professionals, participate in the live discussions and learn from others.

Custom Projects

Projects that are reflective of real-world Salesforce Administrator responsibilities combines one or more learned topic with some stretch exercises to promote experiential learning.

Study Groups & Tutoring Sessions

Opportunities provided to fill in learning gaps with tutoring and study groups outside of the 4-hour in-person training as well as one-on-one sessions.

Lab Exercices

Activities designed for classroom practice and homework to help students refine and extend their knowledge.
