The Route360 apprenticeship program provides entrepreneurs access. to skilled and motivated people interested in launching and succeeding in a career in tech and a mentor with years of experience that a startup, nonprofit or small business might not be able to afford. Our focus on real-world skills means companies have cost effective access to talent with a wide array of backgrounds and experiences and technical experts that help you leverage technology to deliver a competitive edge and bring new ideas to your team.
The apprenticeship program matches startups, nonprofit and small businesses with individuals and mentor whose skillsets align with the employer’s needs to help accelerate delivery. Combined with on-job experiences, targeted learning experiences are provided as they work on your project and we gains more insights into your company needs.
The apprenticeship program provide companies with an opportunity to create a more diversified technology workforce and provide talented Black, and People of Color a path to achieve career success and economic self-sufficiency.
The program also provides Route3360 an avenue to serve entrepreneurs in underrepresented communities
